Sheng Siong was mentioned for long recently before it brokeout. After the breakout on 25 April. Sheng shiong pull back the next day to retest the support which is the previous support at 0.69. This stock formed a big cup and handle pattern which is usually very powerful. We can try to enter during the retest. Because usually the potential profit for a big chart pattern is quite high and we can set a small stop loss if the price come back below the ”handle” of the pattern. Therefore it will be a low risk and high probability setup.
